From Saffity and Bosty:

Saffity:
Ok, so I get to start off since Bosty's cleaning off her make-up *evil laugh*
Anyhoo- I was dead tired, cleaning up a frenzy and eagerly awaiting Bosty's arrival. When she finally DID arrive, and all the hugging and introductions, etcetera, were through, we worked on finishing our costumes.
Bosty:
Once our Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer costumes were all set to go, we started looking thorough the CATS video to find make-up shots. It took us about half an hour before we were finally done! The we still needed our loot bags, (because what are a Mungo and Teazer without loot bags?)
Saffity:
Absolutely NOTHING!!
Bosty:
That's what I told you when we were running up and down aisles, you goof!
Saffity:
Stop getting ahead of the story, we haven't even left the house yet!
Bosty:
Ahh.. shhh. So, once we piled into the car, sure we had EVERYTHING, we started off! Of course, Saff totally screwed us over with the map and we started to run late.
Saffity:
It wasn't MY fault, the map was screwy and it was only my 2nd time going there. Anyhoo, we got there on time with 6 minutes to spare. We still weren't sure who was getting the 1st row ticket 1st. So finally Bosty took the tickets, (the control freak as always... *dodges flying fish* J/K!!!!) shuffled them, and held them out for me to choose. She got 1st.
Bosty:
So we put our coats in check and practically ran into the theatre. Dunno about Saff, but I stopped in my tracks and... well I stared! It was breathtaking... everything was so detailed. Anyway, we took our seats and just chatted with our neighbours for a bit. Then... the lights dimmed.
Saffity:
The saucer came down first, but you couldn't really see it. The stage filled with flashing "cats eyes" and strobe lights. I knew that the cats would be coming through the aisles, but I wasn't prepared to turn around and see a cat RIGHT THERE I gasped out loud, making my neighbour laugh. I didn't know if Bosty had seen them so I poked her to get her attention as the saucer went back up in a blaze of lights.
Bosty:
Startled, I whipped my head around. Realizing why I had been poked, my face lit up with a dopey grin that stayed on my face all night. We watched the cats climb on stage, and I kept peeking back at Saff in shock. We were really here. CATS was starting.
Saffity:
It was all so surreal, I mean, who woulda thought we'd be seeing CATS? So then the "car lights" came through the theatre and lit up Demeter. She ran to the tunnel and Munk came out. Then Gus popped up from the box *cough* toilet *cough*. Cats climbed up different parts of the stage and popped out. (Teazer and Jerrie came out like Tanto and Corico)
Bosty:
It was a shame we had no Coricopat, Tantomile, Electra, or Etcetera... but everyone was doing so well, and I was so overwhelmed that I didn't think about it. I watched as Munk slithered off the trunk -- REALLY slithered - and stood up. I heard the words "Are you blind when you're born?" and started to mouth along with the cast as the song progressed.
Saffity:
Me too... It was totally awesome pawsome as they performed the song, (Sillabub had such a high, cute voice) I wasn't prepared for the boot (too busy watching Bryce and David) and jumped when it fell.
Bosty:
I jumped too, then giggled. It was such a big boot.... WHERE did they get it?! Whoops... I mean, yeah, so I was watching Bryce, mostly... he made such a cute Mungo *drools*
Saffity:
*Wipes Bosty’s mouth* Careful, you’ll smudge your makeup. So, yeah, the rest of the song went pretty much like the video. When the cats did "What’s a Jellicle Cat," they were actually talking to a guy in the audience. Asparagus said it, then Munk came out and repeated, then the cats all said it. They started to walk away, then ran/crawled back to say "What’s a Jellicle Cat??" it was really neat. Then Victoria did her dance. (She was SO cute!!)
Bosty:
Yeah, Shylo Smith was adorable. So I was watching her, in awe at her grace and flexibility, when suddenly, a tuxedo tom caught my eye, leaping out. I didn’t much like Misto from the video, but as soon as I saw McCree, it was just... wow. *snicker*
Saffity:
*Rolls eyes* She’s been talking about him non-stop. She even turned to me during performance to tell me how cute he was. Anyhoo, Munk sang that part while the cats danced around.
Bosty:
So then he and Quaxo (whootz Quaxo!) Stood up and got ready for the Gumbie Cat number. Awww, McCree was making funny faces... (can you tell you’re going to hear a lot about McCree?!) A few cats went over to the washing machine (or Oven... whatever) and opened it. SURPRISE!!
Saffity:
Yes, there was Jennyanydots, she came out of the oven/washer, cuz the trunk (who’s license plate was NAP 11A) was just something to stand on and never was opened. Jenny was sound asleep and woke up only when she FELL out of the oven.
Bosty:
*giggles madly* She was so sweet, Munk sang and all that...During the first part, Alonzo reached over and bopped Teazer on the head, when she looked back at him, he pretended he hadn’t done anything. Victoria, Sillabub, Teazer and Skimble put on Wilson icing bags as mouse masks and worked their hearts out.
Saffity:
Yeah, all I can say about that is SKIMBLE??!! Anyhoo, Jenny lay down, got stuck, then fought with Pounce (after 4 days we figured out who it was) as he played the beetle. The tap dance was longer and really well performed. I loved Jenny’s "Up.. UP !!!" when the beetles were in a line doing the whole, bending over. Not to mention the "CHARGE" just before she said, "Thank you my dears"
Bosty:
She was so commanding... it was quite funny! So yeah, after that was all done, Munk chased Jenny around with her coat, but she didn’t wanna put it on. He ended up tossing it over her head and she walked off.
Saffity:
Tugger’s music started up, startling all the cats. He was great, lots of fun, but his voice kinda wasn’t Tugger enough. (I’m a bit biased though after watching John Partridge five zillion times.)
Bosty:
Yeah, me too. Still, I loved his little actions and faces and quirks. Stan Stanley was actually a really good-looking Tugger, although his mane wasn’t really video-ish and Saff thinks he must’ve had a sock---- well... never mind.
Saffity:
*blush* WELL IT DIDN’T LOOK NATURAL!!!!! *look* Anyway.. um... *cough* at the end, Tugger was doing his actions, getting the girls approval, then up on the trunk showing off. Jellylorum was trying to get his attention something fierce as Grizabella came on stage.
Bosty:
Tugger sorta sneered and pointed, then disappeared. Saff and I dunno where he ran off to -we were both watching as Quaxo approached Grizabella, who happened to be so SO SO BEAUTIFUL!!! So yeah, Munk ran after Quaxo and sorta pushed him away.
Saffity:
The cats all either tried to go to Griz or chase the others off. She looked so sad and lonely, and as Bosty says, she was Really Beautiful!!
Bosty:
She started to sing, and I was shocked at what a lovely voice she had! I mean.. wow! Then as she neared "my" part of the stage, Demeter began to sing as well. Finally she ended up leaving, and I felt really bad for her.
Saffity:
Bustopher Jones’ entrance was heralded by all the cats getting really excited, and some running off to greet him. He was really funny. All the boys tried to hug him or touch him, but he moved really fast out of the way, causing most of them to fall on the floor. He did the whole "I’m not sitting on that dirty hat" thing with Skimble. As he was singing, Tumble and Pounce were doing things, (rolling over, etc.) in front of him while Skimble kept getting mad. He did that whole, falling off the hat thing, then danced and sang to us. It was Skimble who set all the boys in a line instead of Quaxo. One of the boys DID fall, just, sadly, not like Karl Morgan. And, well... I’ll let Bosty tell you what happened next.
Bosty:
*AHEM* It’s not what happened NEXT that’s important (it happened before he sat down) Welp, see... at the end of the song, Bustopher didn’t hand Jenny a flower. (He actually kissed her hand) But the REASON I’m all hyper freaked out about that is that, HE TOSSED ME THE FLOWER!!! At first, I was afraid someone would take it, but, *checks her bag and smiles* It’s still in there.
Saffity:
It was really cool, he looked at me, then Boston and tossed it to her. Amazingly enough, she caught it with one hand and it looked REALLY cool!! I started to hyperventilate and spazz out. Then the lights flashed and the cats all scrambled as Bustopher ran off. Demeter screamed "MACAVITY" and they all took off. Alonzo came over to Munk (he huffed and puffed and sounded a bit like a Pollicle at times) then took off and the stage was empty.
Bosty:
I looked at Saff and whispered "Our Song!!" Then quickly looked back, not wanting to miss " MY" Brycey.
Saffity:
Whaddaya mean YOUR Brycey, you said we could share!! So an ominous giggle went throughout the Junkyard as the Notorious Duo came out on the Trunk. Mungo hopped down and Teazer slid down with a "Whee" and a giggle, falling to her knees in a really cute way. They sang the opposite names (ie: Teazer- "Mungojerrie" Jerrie- "and Rumpleteazer") They did the opposite verse that’s in the video. Teazer hopped up on Mungo’s back during "Basement looked like a field of war" the rest of the verse went like what you see in "The Making of Cats". They did a lot of extra acrobatics during the 'Chorus' part and ran up to knock over the vase.
Bosty:
As they sort of leaned over, Teazer made a cute little "Uh OH!!" then they cracked up and ran to the middle to do their cute little dancy bits.
Saffity:
At one point, Teazer snapped her stirrups and it was REALLY cute!! They did the double cartwheel, 4 in all (it was a small stage) and hopped to the front for "there’s nothing at all to be done about that". They started to goof around when the cats came out, Alonzo and Munk with the socks that the Notorious Duo carried out. They chased them to the trunk and tossed them their bags. Quaxo stopped and turned saying "Old Deuteronomy?" Demeter sang the twins part as Teazer and Mungo skittered off stage. Skimble huffed and hisses a bit, then Munk sent him to get Old Deuteronomy. Quaxo was like, RIGHT in front of us, and was amazingly flexible.
Bosty:
And (oh you know what I'm gonna say) he was so cute! So Skimble led Old D up the aisle and on stage, and everyone went to greet him, but Munk held back the kittens for a sec, then lifted his arms and let them go. So everyone was all happy and hyper because now they could start the Jellicle Ball.
Saffity:
It continued, and the music seemed ready to lead up to the Pekes and the Pollicles, but changed with a clash of thunder and a flash of lights as Demeter screamed and they all scattered. Alonzo stayed, but was sent away by Munk. Munk stood in front of Old Deuteronomy and looked around. Old D kinda pushed him out of the way while Victoria came out.
Bosty:
Once again, I have to say: she was so much more beautiful than any other Victoria I'd ever seen. But then again, maybe that was just me. So she started to dance and Sillabub (who, as mentioned, was also super spiffy keen) came out to join her.
Saffity:
They did the first part of the Jellicle Ball very much like the movie. It was great as all the cats came out and said their parts.
Bosty:
When three toms danced out (I dun 'member who they were! *Sob*) Alonzo kind of rolled his eyes and sneered. He was such a goof! I loved how happy and energetic they all were. I noticed that- even though I'd seen it in the previous numbers- since I was in the first row, I could see the sweat drip down the cats' faces, and *blush* well, we could see them spit when they sang. Aaaaaaaaaaanyway!
Saffity:
The "mating dance" started. *blush* all I have to say is YOWZA!!! I didn't watch Victoria and Tumble cuz I was so busy watching Bomby and Alonzo RIGHT in front of us. Lets just say, if I were a little kid, I'd be asking questions.
Bosty:
Yeah... they were really detailed and um... physical. But I liked it. Alonzo and Bombalurina were so "into" the mating that I started to laugh to myself. It didn't help when Alonzo started grunting and stuff!
Saffity:
*BLUSH* and to think I'm older than you...... *coughcough* um yeah.... well they danced beautifully. Griz came out on the trunk. Cass sat up first, then Quaxo, then Skimble. Quaxo noticed Griz first and Alonzo ran and scared her off. The fast part of the ball was really well done, it was longer and had all the parts, not short like in the movie.
Bosty:
By that time, I was staring between Mungo, Quaxo (eee eee eee!!!!!!!), and Skimble... Alonzo too... sometimes... otay, I mean, uh... Argh, I'm so off-topic since I mentioned Quaxo. So back to the ball. It was really well done! Everything was beautiful, and I was quite impressed! It's one of the things I complimented the cast on after the show- but we'll get to that later.
Saffity:
The cast fell to the ground as Griz came out. They hissed at her and kept the kittens away from her. Victoria hid behind Jelly while the first part was sung. Sillabub started to sing and was pulled away. Vic was dragged off after while Griz seemed to beg them to stay. (I loved Griz's wig, it was in a bun at the back, with a few lose curls at the front)
Bosty:
Yeah, she was really pretty! The costume was so beautiful. Grizabella had lovely makeup. To be honest, this production was my favourite after the video-- but I think Gretchen Goldsworthy's costume and makeup was a lot better than Elaine Paige's. Anyway, she started to dance, much like in the video. She was trying so hard to be beautiful and glamourous again... it made me feel so bad for her as she limped through the motions. Old Deuteronomy turned and watched.
Saffity:
*giggles* There was something not attatched right on the set and it kept squeeking at the worst times. When she started to sing it was amazing. I couldn't do any thing but watch and listen in awe. It was amazing, and she sounded so sad.
Bosty:
I was really near tears while Griz sang. When the song finally ended, and she walked off, limping, I turned to Saff and the lights lit up. Old Deuteronomy stayed seated as people got up and stretched.
Saffity:
And here's where the fun begins. We got up and started up the aisle, (totally squashed) and got to talk to this sweet guy, he was so adorable.
Bosty:
Yeah, I think he had Down's Syndrome or something. He thought we were part of the cast, which made me feel really great. People kept asking us where we got the costumes and stuff. We went out to the lobby, crawling around and meowing at people.
Saffity:
Running around and having people smile at us was great. Some people thought we were actually in the show. One woman told us she wanted to see our makeup up close cuz they were sitting at the back and couldn't see it very well. I felt so bad that were weren't actually in the show. We then sat on the stairs for a bit, looking through our programs.
Bosty:
After running up and down the stairs twice, I forced Saff to sit down with me on the steps. A woman came up to us and asked us if she could take a picture of us. We had to tell her that we weren't part of the cast, but she told us we were just too cute NOT to take a picture of us! So we grinned and posed!
Saffity:
Then the call for 5 minutes before the show started again came. We went to the stage and the aforementioned "aisle chatter" happened. We went up to the edge of the stage to look at Old Deuteronomy, who was still sitting on the stage staring into space.
Bosty:
I touched one of the speakers absentmindedly and the usher guy reprimanded me *pout* so anyway, we sat down, Saff in front this time, and babbled for a few minutes.
Saffity:
I was spazzing cuz, yeah, I had 1st row. Mungo and Teazer came out first, then the other cats followed. They played around and fought a bit. Quaxo ended up RIGHT in front of me. His makeup was so good! Griz came out and sat on the trunk where none of the cats would see her. Then Gus came out with Jellylorum. Old Deuteronomy sang and the cats all writhed as they listened to his song. Tumble, Cass, and Sillabub did the solo part and seemed really confused as to what had happened when they stopped. All the cats seemed possessed as they stood up. Jelly leaving poor Gus to look at her like she was crazy.
Bosty:
Finally, they got Gus seated, you know the drill. Jelly opened her mouth, ready to sing, and Gus shook his head, a look of horror on his face. "Oh, No...." he said. Jelly pat-patted him and started the song.
Saffity:
In the background, Pounce was in the tunnel and Demeter was on top, she leaned over, rubbed his fur and bopped him on the nose a couple of times. Mungo jumped up beside Bomby, who was on the stairs. He put her tail in his mouth and rubbed her leg.
Bosty:
As it progressed, Gus seemed to lose himself in the memories, looking happier by the minute. I was so enthralled by his joy, that when I finally snapped out of it, he was proclaiming that he could play Growltiger again! Then as he stood up and walked towards the edge of the stage, a backdrop reading "Growltiger's Last Stand" fell.
Saffity:
He threw off his rags and tied his scarf about his head. He turned around in full Growltiger apparel and stalked across the stage as the 1st backdrop raised and the ship was seen. Munk was at the wheel *gigges* Alonzo and Tugger were sitting on either side, and Skimble and Quaxo were swabbing the decks. (Munk's parrot and Quaxo's long haired wig were absolutely adorable).
Bosty:
Especially Quaxo's wig *Dodges the various objects being thrown at her* So they all started to sing. They made such fantastic pirates! And Growltiger was so mean to them, it was funny. So they told about his wicked personality and all that. I wasn't really listening since: a) I knew the song b) I was waiting for Griddlebone (one of my favourite queens; fantastic in this production) to come out, and c) *blush* I was busy staring at... ummm... *whispers* Quaxo.
Saffity:
*Slaps her with a fish* WILL YOU TALK ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE?? Anyway... It was really funny when Griddlebone came out and all the "crew" went nuts. Quaxo was on the ground at her feet, Alonzo put his arms around her, showing her his hook, Skimble wiggled as she used her tail as a sash around his waist. Tugger leaned in to get a kiss and she hit him with her tail.
Bosty:
Griddle was teasing the toms before she finally got to Growltiger. He started to sing to her and she joined in as Tugger, Skimble, Alonzo and Quaxo watched. When Growltiger roared something about his crew SLEEPING they all jumped and ran away, leaving Growltiger and Griddlebone to sing Una Tepida Noche (???) in peace... Until Genghis (Bryce Bryce Bryce!!!) and the Siamese showed up.
Saffity:
(We only figured out it was Bryce a day later.) Griddle seemed almost happy that the Siamese were there. She took off as fast as she could while Growltiger and Genghis fought. Growltiger seemed to win, then Genghis got up, trapped Growltiger as another Siamese poked him in the rear.
Bosty:
Hehe, he leaped up, and before I knew it, they were forcing him to walk the plank. It was actually pretty funny: he held his nose when he jumped!
Saffity:
The Siamese did a little dance telling us of the celebrations that happened after Growltiger's death. The ship disappeared and poor old Gus came out again, as Genghis slowly turned and disappeared like a vision. Old Deuteronomy gave him a little comfort while he continued to stumble off stage. Sillabub looked sad, but Old Deuteronomy started to sing Skimbleshanks, getting the cats back to the ball.
Bosty:
Skimble was asleep in "our" area, lying on the hat or something. Instead of shouting his name, a few of kittens walked over and poked him.
Saffity:
He jumped up and started to sing, he went over and scared Alonzo, making him fall back on Tumble. He did the whole "busy in the luggage van" part and it was really funny. They did the little follow-the-leader thing, and got into two lines. First Victoria switched places with Jellylorum, Skimble righted them and got the coin from Jelly. Then Pounce hit Mungo, Mungo hit back. They started hitting each other back and forth, before jumping up and down and hissing at each other. Skimble sorta scared them enough to stop them, well.. not fully, Pounce got one last hit in. They then formed a circle around Skimble as he told us about his car. Victoria's ankles were crossed in the air until she sneezed and banged her legs down on the stage. Skimble threw Mungo the rat, which he took a bit bite out of, then handed it to Silla, who hid it by the tire.
Bosty:
Then came the good part: the train. Victoria got a piston thingy, Cassandra got a wheel, someone else got a lamp...
Saffity:
They set up the train, which was amazing. The lamp would flash and smoke, while a tea kettle up top would whistle. The train moved to the side and back again, and both times Teazer had to pick up her piece, which was obviously heavy, and waddle it to either side. She was just so cute. The train fell apart and was put away in remarkable time. Skimble did his little dance solo, climbed on Tumble, Alonzo, and Munk's backs, just before the crash and laugh that heralded Macavity's entrance.
Bosty:
So "Macavity" came out around one side, the real one came out behind, with his two rats, and kidnapped Old Deuteronomy. Everyone was freaking out, obviously, as the real Macavity did his thing.
Saffity:
Teazer and Sillabub came to sit by us on the stairs. Alonzo came out and danced with Demeter, why? I dunno... but it kinda worked. I kept looking over at Teazer and Silla, and Teazer suddenly noticed me. She hissed at me and got Silla's attention, then they both hissed at me. When the girls hopped up on stage, (with Alonzo and Tumble) Teazer crawled near me, hissed, then jumped up on the stage. It was so COOL *gush*. They did the dance really well and sang beautifully.
Bosty:
So Old Deuteronomy came up the aisle, and I kept wiggling in my seat, waiting for Demeter to do the "Potty Dance". Saff and I were both expecting it, but I think I was jumpier than she was. Demeter padded up to Old D and nuzzled him. Then stopped and pulled away. *Evil stabbing horror movie music*.
Saffity:
Bomby went over and Deme freaked, pulling the cats away and jumping on Old D. The suit came off and Macavity "handed" Mungo his head covering and started to dance. He scratched Munk and grabbed Demeter, throwing her over his shoulder and starting to run away. Munk got her ankles and Alonzo took her to the trunk. Munk and Macavity started to fight. Munk was thrown to the ground early, and Alonzo took over. Then Alonzo fell and Munk came back, then Alonzo took over again. Mungo in the back had grabbed Teazer and moved her out of the way, showing off to her by punching at the air. Finally he jumped down and swiped at Macavity, helping the others to scare him off.
Bosty:
Macavity then ran onto the trunk, lighting up the stage with a flash from the spark plugs or whatever. The stage went dark, and I saw Sillabub fall in front of us. Then one of the train lights lit up, blinding me. Demeter and Alonzo nuzzled each other, the light was shining through their wigs. It was so beautiful. "You ought to ask Mr. Mistoffelees," Tugger said casually, and the light turned on him. He was already standing on the tire. The song went pretty much like in the video, with the exception of the dance moves.
Saffity:
The cats seemed to ignore him at first, then turned back when he was telling them to "Please, listen." He pointed up and Misto came down on his rope in all his glittery and flashing light glory. He turned around with an absolutely adorable "PRESTO" and started to dance.
Bosty:
By then, my eyes were glued to him. At one point, Tugger took Misto's flashy jacket and handed it to Bom, who walked off, looking half smug, half annoyed. So Misto started to dance across the stage, making a few places explode in a flash of light - VERY cool!! (Also extremely loud *winces*) So he danced, made things light up, I stared. Finally, I realized he had moved to center stage, and my jaw dropped as he did 24 conjuring turns, 7 split leaps, and 6 Russians (toe touches). Wow..... McCree was a fantastic dancer!
Saffity:
He then grabbed the red blanket and changed Cassandra for Old D. He got a huge amount of applause as he jumped into Old D's arms and nuzzled him.
Bosty:
Awww, what a sweetheart! So, yeah, he took a little bow, then Cassandra came out and they bowed together. Misto went up onto the tire, and was lifted up high by 3 other toms, then set down. He walked back to centre stage, he seemed to catch the spotlight between his paws, making it smaller, and finally blowing it out, which looked really really awesome.
Saffity:
It was so cool. Then Sillabub started to sing, and Mungo ran off to get something for Old D to sit on. He helped Old D sit down and waited for the choice to be made. Tugger got up first as Griz walked onto the stage. He went to her and heckled her as Old D motioned to him to leave her alone. Mungo and Teazer ran and sat on the tire while the other cats scattered. Demeter went up to touch her, but couldn't bring herself to do it and ran off to the side.
Bosty:
All the cats sat down, backs facing Grizabella. Slowly, she began to sing. She was so beautiful and so moving as she limped through the song. Elaine Paige was good; Gretchen Goldsworthy was just as good, if not better! I had tears in my eyes as she finally cralwed to the ground. Sillabub, who was closest to us, turned and sat up singing. Griz got up again. They sang together, and then Grizabella went to finish her song. As she continued, a few of the cats turned to face her.
Saffity:
Bomby being last. The order went, Silla, Vic, Demeter, Mungo peeked and turned away, Alonzo, Teazer, Jennyanydots, Tugger peek, Jellylorum, Mungo finally, Misto, 'nother Tugger peek, Pounce, Tumble, Tugger FINALLY, then Bomby. They all watched her as she started to limp. Vic got up and took her hand. Alonzo went to her other side, then Mungo and Teazer, they started to nuzzle her as she was passed from hand-to-hand.
Bosty:
Mungo kept pressing against her stomach, AWWWNESS!!! So she was moved along, everyone suddenly accepting her... even Tugger. Finally, Munk smiled at her, then handed her to Old Deuteronomy, who led her up to the tire. They got on, and the cats started to sing as smoke poured onto the stage (*coughcoughsplutter*) and the tire moved not only up, but foreward.
Saffity:
The saucer came down (wobbled a bit when it touched the tire) and Griz got on it. It slowly raised as the Cats sang their good-byes.
Bosty:
I was sure Griz was gonna hit something on her way up. I mean, I couldn't see anywhere for her to go up there! But she disappeared as the saucer reached the top. I had to let a tear run down my cheek.. just one, for the beautiful ex-glamour cat. The cats turned to Deuteronomy on the tire as he started to sing the Ad-dressing of Cats. (Misto was RIGHT IN FRONT OF US AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! *squeal*)
Saffity:
When they turned to look at us, Misto kept looking between Bosty and me and smiling as he made faces and sang. Mungo went nuts when Old D started to sing about the different foods you could give a cat. It was really adorable at the end as they sang and such.
Bosty:
Yeah YEAH!! Misto's little whisker twitches and Mungo's licking his lips and bouncing around were too sweet! Finally, much to my dismay, the song ended. It all seemed to happen so fast... *pout* But yeah, the cats romped around as we gave them a standing ovation.
Saffity:
They cleared the stage and came out one at a time with a leap, twirl, or flip. They all did a little dance and cleared the stage, except for Bomby and Tugger. Bomby gave Tugger a "Come Hither" motion, and he went up to kiss her. She pushed him onto the floor and did this "look at me I'm so great" motion, before walking ON Tugger and off the stage. Tugger got up, did this whole "wow" type thing and chased after her.
Bosty:
I was cracking up, when Saff grabbed my arm. "C'mon we gotta get to the stage door!" she said. We both got up and after a lot of trouble, made it out side.

Freezing, I waited and watched random people walk, wondering when a cast member would appear. Surprise! Bryce poked his head out, then noticed us and walked over. "Hi!" he said brightly, smiling at us. I mumbled something about having e-mailed him, and he shook my hand warmly, then Saff's. We were both so stunnded that we didn't ask for and autograph, but as luck would have it... *grin*
Saffity:
Well, first my mom came out and tried to get us to go up to him but we were both so nervous. Then David Blonn came out and smiled at us. He gave us his autograph, (as we realized the ONE thing we didn't have in our loot bags, a pen!!) He then realized we hadn't got Bryce's autograph and started trying to get his attention as he whispered "Bryce, Bryce, Psst, Bryce!!" Bryce finally came over and signed my picture, and Bosty's sketchbook, and took a picture with us and David Blonn (Bryce stroked my wig *gush*)
Bosty:
Well he had his arm around me! *Sniggle* But you're right, it was so spiffy that he petted you! Then a large group of people came out. Pam and Ronnie. Jessica, Sharon, Katie, Melissa, and Gretchen. We talked with them for a bit. Ronnie asked us what we had in our loot bags, Gretchen asked us if we were dancers, and Pam was just SO NICE! She kept talking to Ronnie and Katie about how much she wanted pizza.
Saffity:
Everyone complemented our costumes and were really really nice. It was funny cuz Ronnie had a cigarette in his mouth and when we asked for a picture, Pam made a quip about it, making him laugh. So we got a huge group photo. It was funny when I crouched down for the picture and (since it was Raining) Katie made sure I wasn't sitting in the water, what a sweety!!
Bosty:
Yeah, we loved that Katie! So after all the autographs, pictures and fun chatter (plus a lot more headfur ruffling from Pam), they left, with a "see you in Montreal!" Grant and Julie came out, followed by Jarret. We asked them for a picture and an autograph, which we got, but they had to leave pretty quick.
Saffity:
William came out and signed our stuff. He had to leave really quick too, but let us get a picture. He had a gotee, it was so cute!
Bosty:
*nods* We didn't talk much to him. We realized Stan and *trembles* McCree hadn't come out yet, so we waited patiently for them. A few minutes later, they showed up. Stan had this adorable accent, (He's from Tennessee) And McCree was SO CUTE!! He had this cute, tousled dark hair.... mmm! *blush*
Saffity:
So anyway, they signed our stuff and chatted with us, they were so incredibly cute! We asked them for a picture and they were all like, SURE! (must remember to tell about how Bosty joked about her "griddley-iddley-iddle bone tail" and her "Dreamy sigh" which got her a look from both of them) *WEG*
Bosty:
*Frowl* I was so spacey... McCree just made me all fluttery and nervous *hides her face in her paws* So saff stood beside McCree, but he moved her away, so she crouched down, then stan pulled her up next to him. McCree put us between him and stan. I was next to him... EEEEEEEE!! I put my arm up to him like Etcy with Tugger during Misto's song.
Saffity:
Stan put his arm around my waist *melt* He was so sweet. And TALL!! a lot of the guys were so Tall!! The girls were short tho *lol* making it a perfect role for me. Stan and McCree left and Bosty and I got one last picture taken before heading home. We were so nuts we couldn't stop talking, making my mom go crazy *lol*.
Bosty:
*cute innocent smile* We wouldn't shut up... Saff kept talking about everything, and me about McCree and Bryce! We were trading details, things we noticed, that kinda stuff. After driving mom nuts, we made it home and I went into the washroom to clean off my makeup while Saff started our report......
